How to Stop Smoking - A Different Approach

Lately many people have said that they are over-attached to smoking and want to take a positive step to get out of it. What do you feel when you see the above pictures? Do you feeling like smoking?

So first question you would ask is how to get out of smoking? Forget this question right now. Let us put focus on how did you getting into smoking in the first place. When did you first come in contact with the negative energy of smoking. Generally, It would be a person or a group of people who introduced you into it or a situation which you are put in that make you to take that step. Look back to your past and check when did you first put a cigarette into your mouth. Who were around you and what situation were you going through?
First action, remove the person or the group of people who told you and made you to smoke. Right Now!!!! I know it would be difficult however, if you have them around I am sure you can never get out of smoking. You being around their negative energy of smoking will always influence you and will never give you the positive energy to get out of it. For example, suppose you dip a cloth in a pond, it will soak that water and get all wet, the only way to dry it is to take the cloth out and not bring in contact with water. Similarly, the cloth is you and water are the people who made you smoke or into smoking. If you keep hanging around them you will always get wet (smoke), so first remove those people who influenced you into smoking.

Next would the situation which made to take the decision of smoking, that could be stress, breakup, boredom, pressure from friends, to show-off, fashion etc… There would be one thing that had triggered you to take that decision to try out smoking. The past would always be bothering you and if you are not over with it you can never get rid of smoking. Forgive everyone in the past due to which you have smoked and that slowly the tigger of smoking will slowly dies.

Lastly accept that you have made a wrong decision that you went for smoking. If you still think it is good there is no way you can get out it.

I know it might be very difficult at the beginning to get out of your friends, because your energy have combined with their energy and that separation will create a vacuum and you need to fill it quickly with some positive friends. Or go to your family to ask to support you to get out of it. At first they might say that You are never going to change…. but take a step share them this post and do a positive discussion. Once you have understood the first situation as to why you went for smoking then discuss that with your new friends or family, let them understand you because that is very important. Which will give them a understanding as to what are the reason that made you what you are.

The biggest problem are people are unknown as to why they are smoking. Now the other problem with smoking is that the reason why you started smoking will get transferred to some other reason as time passes. For example, you might have started smoking because of a breakup in college but now you might be smoking because of office pressure. It is not smoking you have to put focus on it rather the reason which is making you smoke.

Lastly read .. read about smoking and it’s effects and let your mind know it is not good for you. Most of the people want to get out of smoking and internally they still think it is OK but keep reading Why it is not good for you. Because “When you why gets stronger, how becomes easy”. So don't think how to get out of smoking, Think, Why should I get out of smoking? When you keep increasing the reasons of why you want to get out of smoking.. things will begin to change and you will start attracting positivity.

This is only for people who believe in God… Every morning after you wake up and Every night when you good to sleep? Why not do a prayer “God Help to get into positive habits”.. Allow God also to get involved into your life. Those who don't believe, just put your hand on your heart and tell your heart “Help me to get into positive Habits”
